| | | Paolo Maccario Position: CEO
Paolo Maccario is the CEO of 6N Silicon Inc. Paolo brings twelve years of experience as CEO/President of several leading companies along with 22 years in the metallurgical and automotive field. Most recently, Paolo was the CEO of Meridian Technologies of the Fiat Group, the largest worldwide producer of Magnesium castings. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Teksid Aluminum Foundry, a dominant US supplier of aluminum components. Paolo has extensive international experience, and has worked in Italy, Mexico, the US and Canada, and managed facilities in Asia, North America and Europe.
A native of Turin Italy, Mr. Maccario is an engineer by trade with a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Politecnico di Torino. He also completed his Masters of Business Administration from Fuqua Business School at Duke University.
In addition to his role at 6N Silicon, since 2001 Mr. Maccario has been the President of Team Italia (the association of Italian Companies and their executives in Canada), and serves on the Board of Visitors of Wayne State University and on the Advisory Council of Western Engineering at the University of Western Ontario.

| | | Scott Nichol Position: Founder, President and CTO
Scott Nichol, a serial entrepreneur, is the Founder, President and CTO of 6N. Scott brings multiple start-up and scale-up experience along with specific technical expertise. Most recently, Scott was Plant Manager and Director of Research and Development at Cymat Corporation. At Cymat, Scott was the key inventor of a variety of processes for making metal foams. Prior to Cymat, he co-founded The Rand Corporation, a secondary smelter operation. As VP and General Manager at the Rand Corporation, Scott had extensive responsibility across the organization and provided specific process design and improvements. Prior to Rand Corporation, Scott was the Plant Metallurgist at Brampton Foundries. The inventor of numerous patents and patents pending, Scott's past metallurgical experience contributed directly to the invention of the innovative 6N technology. Scott has an MBA (Western) and a degree in Metallurgical Engineering.

| | | David Dunnison Position: Vice President Business Development
David Dunnison, VP Business Development, brings over 25 years of high tech and manufacturing industry experience. He has had the privilege of working with recognized business leaders in a variety of world class organizations. David has extensive senior executive and CEO successes introducing new technologies and products into a wide range of markets, and has operated a successful consulting practice. His CEO roles include cold-start, venture-backed Protexis in enterprise software and Accuzone in wireless. Other career successes include Ballard Power in cleantech, where he created that company's $400 million distributed power generation business, as well as Teradyne in the semiconductor industry, where he was distinguished with that company's Quality Award. David is a frequent speaker on green energy, distributed generation and utility deregulation. He is a past National Team member and five-time National Champion in rowing. David has a Harvard MBA, top 15% in his class, along with two science degrees from the University of BC. He sits on the Board of the Vancouver Heritage Foundation and is a member of the Advisory Board for a number of tech companies.

| | | Alain Turenne Position: Director of Product Development
Alain Turenne, Director of Product Development, has over a decade of process engineering and engineering management experience. Most recently, Mr. Turenne was the Manager of Engineering at 6N Silicon. Prior to that, he spent over five years at Photowatt as Director of Process Engineering where he and his team gained considerable success against an ambitious and cutting edge silicon processing technology path. Previous to that Mr. Turenne held engineering management positions at Princeton Lightwave, a US-based photonics start-up and at Nortel Networks. Mr. Turenne has a Masters in Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Science from Carleton University.

| | | Fred Oseyn Position: Controller
Fred Oseyn, Controller, is a CMA (Canada) and prior to 2002 was a CIMA (UK). Fred has over a decade and a half of experience and brings an industry and educational background in the metallurgy, manufacturing and accounting industries that is well suited to the 6N Silicon business. Most recently, Fred was a Senior Financial Analyst at Mold-Masters Ltd., and was the Assistant Controller at Cymat Corp. Prior to that, Fred was a Financial Manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Fred holds degrees in both Finance and Civil Engineering.
